The hotel staff go above and beyond to make guests happy, though I can't speak for the older rooms. The location is very convenient for exploring the city, but there were some hiccups during breakfast. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were much bigger and comfortable, but it was super noisy with people banging doors and playing music throughout the night. The service was very warm and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a great stay. The location was central, but some noise due to nearby events. The dining was lovely, though a minor issue with missing tongs for the bread and pastries.
